Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries primarily through calls and chat channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and can deliver outstanding support to our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer queries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, going the extra mile to deliver detailed information and resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when faced with complex issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities by promoting related products and services based on customer interests and previous purchases.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient customer support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any stream can also apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Experience working with computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.
