Kymbre Taekni (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries primarily through calls and chat channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and can deliver outstanding support to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer queries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, going the extra mile to deliver detailed information and resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when faced with complex issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities by promoting related products and services based on customer interests and previous purchases.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient customer support.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any stream can also apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Experience working with computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.

  • Salary: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
