Come join Amazon Key for Business to help transform the delivery experience for customers with unprecedented quality, efficiency and scale.<br/>Each time a package is delivered by an Amazon associate, technology is at the scene, and behind the scene.<br/>Today, Key for Business Technology supports Amazon Logistics and its scope is expanding every day.<br/>Our team is actively seeking motivated and multi-talented individuals who are passionate about transforming the logistics and package delivery operations.<br/>We are inventing the next-generation smart delivery operation with cutting edge technologies in IoT (Internet-of-Things).<br/>We develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity and scale.<br/>The ideal Business Analyst candidate will be excited about understanding and implementing new and repeatable processes to improve our operations/business partners experience with services provided.<br/>He/she will be curious and comfortable digging deep into the business challenges to understand and identify insights that will enable us to figure out standards to improve our ability to globally scale the program.<br/>They will be comfortable delivering/presenting these recommended solutions by retrieving and integrating artifacts in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process.<br/>This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as an outstanding business acumen.<br/>The ideal candidate knows and loves our customers (internal and external) and will work back from the customer to create structured processes that drive operational excellence.<br/>They are experts in partnering and earning trust with operations/business leaders to drive these key business decisions.<br/><u><b>Responsibilities:</b></u><br/> Design and build custom reporting and dashboards to support KfB.<br/>Run daily, weekly, monthly reports with an ongoing cadence to support the team with data to help with project execution.<br/> Create reporting and metrics to facilitate analyses and drive data-driven decision making.<br/> Own the development and maintenance of new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.<br/> Report key insight trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines.<br/> Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation languages.<br/> Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, while automating or simplifying self-service support and access to authoritative data sets.<br/> Partner with execution/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.<br/> Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.<br/> Own and perform individual deep dive analyses, including communicating results and implications to leaders.<br/> Generate weekly and monthly data reports for both internal and external business reviews.<br/> Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use.<br/> Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements.<br/> Scale data processes and reports; write queries that clients can update themselves; lead work with data engineering for full-scale automation.<br/> Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.<br/> Excellent writing skills, to create artifacts easily digestible by business and tech partners.<br/> To support this initiative, you must be able to think strategically, perform dive deep analytics, and communicate effectively with internal and external senior leadership.<br/>Excellent communication skills are required.<br/>.<br/>Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.<br/><br/>
