Product Analyst

<strong>Title: Product Analyst <br><br></strong><strong>Location:</strong> Orlando, FL (hybrid 1 day onsite)<br><br><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-12 month<br><br><strong>Pay :</strong> 60 - 67<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and prioritize Jira product backlog</li><li>Coordinate with other cross-functional teams (production, design, copy, tech) to ensure all assets are provided to complete requests</li><li>Validate all work (content and dev tickets) in QA environment and then again in production environment to ensure it is complete</li><li>Work closely with marketing partners to understand the marketing roadmap and relay that information to Lead Product Manager and production</li><li>Support and manage Incident management processes</li><li>Work closely with analytics team to ensure that all analytics are tracking</li><li>The role will also assist in large scale content refreshes and maintenance and which will include ticket creation, validation and approvals</li><li>Create and maintain procedure documentation through the Wiki<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2-5 years' experience in a product analyst support ole</li><li>Some AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) production experience is helpful</li><li>Experience with how a request is made and executed on the site SDLC</li><li>Experience with Jira is preferred</li><li>This is a fast-paced, high volume ticket role with at least 4-5 content refreshes a year</li><li>Ability to tailor communication to audience (marketing, internal, operations)</li><li>Detail-oriented</li><li>Love for travel to global destinations </li><li>Required Education:</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our Benefits Package Includes<br><br></strong><ul><li>Comprehensive medical benefits</li><li>Competitive pay, 401(k)</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>…and much more!<br><br></li></ul><strong>About INSPYR Solutions<br><br></strong>As a leading information technology partner, we connect top IT talent with our clients to provide innovative business solutions through our IT Staffing, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Solutions divisions.
