Become a <strong>maker of possible</strong> with us.<br><br><strong><strong>Job Description Summary:<br><br></strong></strong>The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement role will focus on sales, to develop keys to drive the business. The role will focus developing the Sales and Marketing action plan including focused targeting and communications. The position will work in close partnership with the US Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure that short and long-term growth objectives for US IDS are achieved. The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement reports to Associate Director of Sales Enablement <br><strong><strong>Expectations For Success:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>This role is focused on enabling the salesforce to spend more time focused on revenue generating activities. This role will focus on determining the sales and marketing action plan for US IDS including, short and long term strategy, develop plans to implement, and drive to completion. Including technology implementation, training and communications. </li><li>Accountable for the development, training, and ongoing support of the sales force effectiveness model for the business with focus on key analytics and business acumen to deliver an optimal commercial model</li><li>Develop recommendations and establish standard operating procedures focused on sales force effectiveness and commercial excellence</li><li>Leverage how BD uses its own technology such as SFDC, Marketo and other Omnichannel tools to drive sales effectiveness and market leadership.</li><li>Effectively partner and collaborate with the US IDS Platform Marketing team and Sales Force Effectiveness lead to drive key strategic and tactical marketing and commercial excellence initiatives.</li><li>Identifying business analytics and sales reporting to model and build best in class sales force effectiveness model.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.</li><li>Flexibility to travel within US to other BD locations and customer sites up to 35% of the time.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships</li><li>Strong leadership skills with an ability to set a vision, lead change and to motivate others.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.</li><li>Strategic Thinking capability, including near-term and long-term strategy development, alternative analysis, and efficient resource management.</li><li>Strong Process and Structure Orientation to ensure that limited resources are effectively and efficiently utilized.</li><li>Comfort with Ambiguity, especially for identifying and assessing new opportunities</li><li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively across organizational boundaries and with customers; good listener who is able to translate input into actionable information; excellent team player.</li><li>Driven for Success and record of timely and effective execution despite multiple/conflicting priorities.</li><li>Strong Leadership Track Record of influencing without authority.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline. MBA desirable.</li><li>A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales enablement and effectiveness in medical device and/or other healthcare is required.</li><li>Track record of achievement in delivering multiple projects and influencing business outcomes.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, and convert these into tactical marketing plans, delivering results.<br><br></li></ul>For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the CompanyÂs receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
