<p>The Operations <p><p><strong>What you will do as an Operations </p><ul><li>Assist Customers inbound telephone enquiries about payment transactions.</li><li>Assist Customers inbound email requests about payment transactions.</li><li>Perform accurate daily processing of the lending and ACH activities using our proprietary technology platform and loan management platform.</li><li>Monitor daily electronic processing of associated banking activities (ACH and Card).</li><li>Manage the Accounts Receivable function which involves liaising with clients upon failed electronic repayments.</li><li>Complete the set-up of new professional service firms in various internal systems (for example: CRM, loan management and our proprietary technology platform).</li><li>Prepare and distribute reports as needed.</li><li>Assist with ad hoc requests and projects.</li></ul><p><p><strong>What you will bring as Operations </p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Clear communication skills both in writing and orally are imperative.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Versatility.</li><li>Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Highly computer literate (strong Microsoft Excel skills will be important for this role - for example: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).</li><li>A hunger to learn about and be involved in multitude aspects of the business.</li><li>Strong work ethic.</li><li>Salesforce experience a plus.</li><li>A keen understanding of payments and payment processing.</li><li>High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.</li><li>1+ Years of operational support experience in a payments function.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We would love to find someone based in Dallas, Texas so they can work out of our Plano office, but we are also open to someone based in another location that works remotely.</p>
