About the Role:
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and assistance. This work-from-home position allows you to work in a flexible environment while utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:  Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat  Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues  Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services  Assist with new customer onboarding and account setup  Document and update customer records in the CRM system  Strive for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction  Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex customer issues  Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including average handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent  Prior customer service experience is preferred  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  Home office setup with a reliable internet connection  Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
