We are a boutique recruiting & staffing entity, that requires a junior individual that is ambitious and would like to begin/continue their career, that is currently has junior/no experience in healthcare recruiting. This role will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing healthcare professionals in various healthcare facilities. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within the healthcare recruitment industry.
Job Requirements: Â Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs, provide updates on candidate progress, and maintain strong client relationships. Â Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications, verify credentials, and evaluate their compatibility with client job requirements. Â Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential healthcare candidates. Â Match healthcare professionals with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences. Â Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. Â Ensure all candidate and client documentation, including contracts, licenses, and certifications, are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations. Â Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competition to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Â Provide exceptional candidate experience by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the recruitment process.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum
 Currently Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Healthcare Administration) preferred.
 Previous recruitment experience or relevant internship preferred but not required.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology is a plus.
