Key Responsibilities
 Manage and prioritize emails, calendar, and appointments
 Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
 Organize and maintain documents and databases
 Conduct internet research and compile data as needed
 Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
 Assist in creating and editing presentations and reports
 Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
 Manage social media accounts and handle online correspondence
 Assist in organizing virtual events and webinars
 Handle basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with technical support
 Provide general administrative support to the team
 Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
 Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times
 Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
 Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
 Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
 Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Highly organized with great attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and remotely
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
 Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and record-keeping principles
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
 High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
 Experience with online collaboration tools and project management software
 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
 Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
 Understanding of online marketing and social media management
