What you will be doing
The Fulfillment associate will provide numerous services to support the Corporate Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Processing and printing letters and forms for various departments and preparing those letters and forms for mailing
 Fulfilling supply orders for internal and external requestors, along with processing outgoing mail and parcels using the appropriate software and equipment.
 Sorting and delivering incoming mail, parcels and inter-office correspondence to all mail locations.
 Ordering, prepping, indexing and maintaining corporate records using the online document storage software, phish machine and the Automated Work Distributor software
 Supporting team members with scanning, return mail and inserter functions to ensure time service standards are met
 Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
What you need to be successful
 High school graduate or equivalent work experience
 Completion of LOMA 1 2 in the first year of hire
