Responsibilities
• Perform accurate and timely remote data entry into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness while working remotely.
• Ensure timely and efficient data entry to meet project deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members virtually to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while working remotely.
• Conduct regular remote data quality checks and make necessary corrections.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data from a remote location.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to remote data entry and information management.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Remote Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in remote data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in remote data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
