As an Account Manager, youÂll be responsible for establishing efficacy with healthcare practitioners to adopt our products into patient treatment plans. You will also be there to guide relationships by providing service and educating practitioners and patients on the use of our products.
What YouÂll Be Doing
 Establish, maintain and grow customer relationships in a defined territory
 Utilize your superior sales skills to build a pipeline of prospects and revenue
 Instruct healthcare practitioners and patients on the use of RS Medical products
 Conduct business in compliance with regulations and contracts dictating the adoption of RS Medical products
 Assist in management of Field Service Representatives, as needed
 Utilize Salesforce to document and track all sales and administrative activities
 Manage an inventory of RS Medical products consistent with company policy
 Attend meetings, marketing events and additional training, as assigned

Demonstrated track record of:
 Building and managing sales account(s) with a focus on exceptional service
 Establishing, maintaining and growing working relationships within accounts
 Understanding and promoting innovative medical technologies
 Presenting and effectively discussing scientific material
 Persuading healthcare practitioners to evaluate and adopt innovative treatments
 Influencing key decision-makers in a medical clinic or hospital setting
Education:
 College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
 VA/DOD sales experience a plus
 U.S Veteran/Armed Forces Reserve a plus
 Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience needed
Additional skills:
 Extraordinary degree of integrity
 High degree of organization and attention to detail
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Proficient use of software including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
 Ability to independently manage tasks and set priorities
 Maintain a valid DriverÂs license and current automobile insurance

Additional Necessities
Account Managers work remotely. Requires frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting and repetitive motion of the hands/wrists, and good general vision and hearing. May also require occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping and handling. Must be able to move and lift as much as 25 pounds of product and materials over short distances and height. Requires frequent traveling by car or other mode of transportation up to 70%.
May require working long or extended hours. May be exposed to patients with infectious diseases. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements, e.g. Reptrax, Vendormate, etc.
