Entry Level - Remote Administrative Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary: EB is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level - Remote Administrative Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for supporting our IT & Engineering department by efficiently and accurately entering data into our systems. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and weekly... pay. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with a salary of $35 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter data into various databases and systems • Review and verify data entered for accuracy and completeness • Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks • Communicate with team members to gather missing or incomplete information • Assist with data clean-up and consolidation projects • Utilize various software and tools to analyze and manipulate data • Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred • Prior experience in data entry or administrative role is a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Comfortable working remotely and using necessary technology for the job EEOC Statement: EB is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
