What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs
• Guide customers towards vehicles in the CarMax inventory that meet their requirements
• Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from online sales to financing and delivery arrangements
• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for a superior customer service experience
• Mentor other team members as your skillset expands
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Preferably sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong listening skills and customer focus
• High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the automotive industry
