Remote Data Entry Reps (Entry-Level Part-Time)

Job Summary: As a dynamic and forward-thinking company fueled by data-driven insights, your role as a Remote Data Input Clerk is vital in safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of our extensive databases... Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive compensation package of $40 per hour. You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours worked. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and maintain marketing data into our systems • Review and verify the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and clients in a timely manner • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Work independently to meet productivity and quality goals • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is correctly shared and utilized across different areas of the company • Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve data quality and efficiency Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred • Prior experience in data entry or a similar role preferred • Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication and organization skills • Must have a reliable internet connection and a designated workspace in a quiet environment EEOC Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
