What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Perform complex business and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and user story creation
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements based on Salesforce configuration best practices
• Communicate effectively with business users on project status and support tickets
• Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate test activities
• Provide data expertise and consulting for commercial reporting and analytics
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of experience in projects related to commercial/sales process improvement
• Active experience with Salesforce or recent experience working with Salesforce
• Minimum certification as Salesforce Administrator, additional certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com concepts and features
• BS in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization

• Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform
