Full Time Remote Experienced Call Center Representatives

We're seeking seasoned call center professionals with a minimum of one yearÂs overall experience and at least six months in dental support.
Your workweek will typically run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM... offering the flexibility you need to balance work and life commitments. Paid training begins on March 4th, and we're extending our search to candidates across California.

WHAT YOUÂLL DO:
· Work remotely, Monday through Friday, within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe.
· Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
· Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
· Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
· Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
WHAT YOUÂLL BRING:
· Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
· At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support.
· Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate inquiries to satisfactory resolutions.
· Exceptional customer service skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
· Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required.
· Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
