About The Org
The M365 Core org in Bangalore plays a pivotal role in powering end user experiences around and platform capabilities for the M365 eco system.

Qualifications
We expect the candidate to have:
• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in building large-scale services and enterprise grade software
• Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in computer science engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Java, C++, C# or similar
• Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
• Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• Experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams and being a thought leader within the team
• Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers
