Product Marketer Responsibilities
• Product launch strategy and marketing - You’re someone who can oversee the end to end product strategy and... marketing opportunity for your area of business. You’ll have the ability to influence and rally teams to seize core market opportunities and bring world class products to market. You’re someone who sees the big picture and can piece different ideas and products together into a cohesive customer experience.
• Launch Operations - You will be accountable for Emitrr’s new capability/product launch process, both internally and externally.
• Process design and optimisation - You will be responsible for scaling and optimising the launch process to ensure that all internal Emitrr teams are launching effectively and efficiently, while ensuring that we’re maximising the launches in with our global Emitrr community
• GTM - You’ll create cross business GTM plans, which will impact thousands of Emitrr users. You’ll be an expert in rallying cross-functional teams and fulfilling the requirements of marketing teams. You’ll own and drive the GTM objectives, strategy, market analysis, product launch, competitive intel, personas, buyer’s journey and sales enablement.
• Sales Enablement + Product Collateral: You will develop, own and improve the product collateral like Sales Enablement Documents, Product launch webinars, new capability announcements, Emitrr website and more.

Marketing Manager Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing. Experience in product marketing is a plus
• Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts
• Deep empathy for our audience of local businesses - our product is changing the way local businesses like doctors, home service providers, and non-tech-savvy users communicate with their customers, and you want to help accelerate their success through relevant, useful communications
• Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus but not mandatory (Hubspot, Active Campaign preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Impeccable eye for detail
