Job Title: Virtual Assistant with Calling Expertise(Work From Home) Job Overview: We are in search of a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and calling skills to support our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will also actively engage in client communication through calls. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be expected to handle tasks efficiently from a distance. Responsibilities: Â Administrative Support: Â Handle general administrative tasks like email management, scheduling, and document preparation. Â Maintain organized digital and physical records. Â Communication Coordination: Â Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders. Â Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly. Â Client Calls: Â Conduct client calls to understand their needs and address queries. Â Provide information about products/services and assist in issue... resolution. Â Research and Data Management: Â Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information. Â Assist in data entry and database management. Â Calendar and Meeting Management: Â Schedule and organize virtual meetings, ensuring participants are well-prepared. Â Manage calendars for team members. Â Travel Arrangements: Â Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, when required. Â Document Creation and Editing: Â Prepare, proofread, and edit documents as needed. Â Task Coordination: Â Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Â Follow up on pending items and deadlines. Requirements: Â Location: Â Ability to work remotely. Â Experience: Â Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Â Prior experience in client communication via calls. Â Communication Skills: Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Â Comfortable and effective in making client calls. Â Tech-Savvy: Â Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, email, and other relevant software. Â Time Management: Â Strong organizational and time-management skills. Â Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Â Initiative: Â Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and contribute ideas for process improvement.
