Customer Support Representative

The starting rate for this role is 4 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage incoming email and chat tickets, including social media inquiries.
• Anticipate that you will also be handling phone calls from customers.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• At least 2 years of customer support experience
• Impeccable English written skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of... characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good listening skills and experience in note-taking
• Proficiency with GSuite
System Requirements
• At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
