Responsibilities: • Significant cold calling and phone time • The Acquisitions Manager is solely responsible for all acquisitions operations • Work as a critical part of a small team • Train and practice to build your skills as an expert negotiator • Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets • Work with clients to understand and serve their goals • Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues • Utilize a CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find best solutions • Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Ensure a smooth and simple transaction for each seller • Perform analysis on each home value using market data • All training will be provided

Qualifications: • Strong problem solving ability required • Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested • Must be very driven and goal-oriented • Must be able to face rejections over and over but keep moving • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Ability to approach confrontations and navigate them tactfully
