We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a part of our manufacturing unit, where they will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of control systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving Allen Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, ControlLogix, and PLC Programming. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that will improve the efficiency and performance of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities: Â Design, develop, and implement control systems to improve production processes and machinery performance. Â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and integrate new systems. Â Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Â Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the performance of control systems. Â Maintain and update documentation related to control systems, including technical specifications, schematics, and system manuals. Â Train staff on the operation and maintenance of control systems. Â Comply with all safety and health regulations related to control systems and industrial processes. Â Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in control systems and manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications: Â A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Â Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Control Systems Engineer in the manufacturing industry. Â Proven experience with Allen Bradley, Allen Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, ControlLogix, and PLC Programming. Â Experience in the oil and gas industry would be advantageous. Â Strong understanding of industrial processes and control systems. Â Proficiency in SCADA and other process control software. Â Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Â Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Â Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Â Familiarity with electrical controls, process controls, and control systems. Â Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues. Â A strong commitment to safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
