Job Description
Sales Enablement Analyst
The Sales Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in equipping sales teams with the best content, tools, and training needed to effectively sell FIS Platform and Enterprise products, thereby enhancing sales performance and productivity. The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for creating content, managing and improving sales processes and any sales enablement tools.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
As the Sales Enablement Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include~
 Assess, implement, and maintain effective sales tools to enable sales success for both a direct and reseller sales motion
 Manage data analytics initiatives to support GTM Enablement programs and inform shifts in strategy
 Work closely with the GTM planning team to create effective sales collateral when needed
 Assist in showcasing Sales enablement activities and overall results
 Manage sales communications as appropriate to drive awareness, opportunities, and ultimately improved engagement and results
 Document, manage and improve simple yet effective sales processes
Knowledge & Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have direct experience with marketing, sales and go-to-market planning activities, have experience selling to a variety of customer types including banks, enterprise customers and fintech.
 2+ years of experience in Sales, Product Marketing, Design or GTM Management or other relevant work experience
 Experience in the Fintech, Financial Services or Payments industry is a plus
 A strong understanding and experience in a sales environment including sales content, tools and training
 Distinctive and creative writing and design skills to write compelling business communications as well as design it in a visually appealing format
 Impeccable attention to detail
 Proven track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships
 Strong planning and organization skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills; proven track record of building and fostering strong relationships and establishing credibility with clients as well as internal teams

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $83,060.00 - $139,530.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
