• Identify and engage potential candidates using diverse channels
• Coordinate interview schedules and conduct initial phone or video screenings
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates
• Analyze and recommend improvements to recruitment processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 1+ years of sales/business recruiting experience
• 3+ years of in-house experience
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of employment law and hiring regulations
