Using industry-standard tools, such as Loopio, Mimeo, and SharePoint, own the full life cycle of the proposal process... analyzing RFPÂs and other bid documents, and collaborating with internal and external contributors and SMEs to develop proposals that move our organization forward and assists our sales team in meeting their goals. Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
 Understand the K-12 market and work to gain knowledge of PowerSchoolÂs solutions, customer, and prospect landscape
 Determine proposal direction and construction by helping to identify and clarify the solution and win themes for the RFP
 Develop a compliance checklist to ensure the proposal meets all requirements of the RFP
 Schedule and lead kickoff calls via Zoom, assigning deliverables and timelines to internal stakeholders
 Using the SharePoint template library, write the cover letter and executive summary highlighting the value of PowerSchool
 Load the RFP requirements into Loopio so other team members can respond to functionality questions
 Ensure team members are meeting internal timelines and deliverables
 Submit clarification questions to the prospect and follow-up on all addendums
 Revise and edit RFP submissions in a clear, concise manner maintaining continuity of style and content
 Escalate any concerns in a timely manner
 Upload the RFP into Mimeo for printing and delivery
 Respond to best and final offer (BAFO) requests
 Deliver weekly status updates to management on the progress of each proposal
 Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate, implementing changes
 Assist with proposal library update and maintenance
 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Qualifications Include
 BachelorÂs Degree
 5+ years previous proposal writing and managing or proposal coordination experience
 2+ years project management experience
 Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certified  Foundation preferred
 Salesforce, Loopio, and Mimeo Experience or equivalent
 Effective facilitation of meetings and taking the lead
 Understanding of, and ability to interpret, RFP structure and requirements
 Deadline-oriented, with great attention to detail
 Advanced Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Capable of mastering and reacting to the pace of the business, quick thinker, and implementer with a high sense of urgency
 Excellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately
 Ability to communicate in a professional and credible manner
 Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, computer, and organizational skills
 Strong written communication, knowledge of technical documentation, layout skills
 Ability to work seamlessly with limited supervision
 Willingly accepts feedback and coaching
 Contributes to a positive team culture

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $47,574 Â $89,471. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicantÂs skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
