To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, weÂre looking to add a/an Digital Transformation Communications Lead located in US (Remote, hybrid or On Site).
Reporting to the Director, Function Communications the Digital Transformation Communications Lead role will be responsible for engaging team members to advance FlexÂs digital leadership. This role will develop and implement internal communications plans that increase tool and platform adoption and bring the vision, goals, and progress of our digital transformation to life. The Communications Lead will orchestrate cross-functional communications to ensure the strategy, messaging and activities are cohesive and help employees connect with how they can drive forward FlexÂs Factory of the Future.
What a typical day looks like:
 Partner with IT and Global Operations leadership, user experience and cybersecurity teams to create, coordinate, and produce clear, compelling communications that help employees leverage digital tools to do their jobs most efficiently, effectively, and safely and help the company achieve business results
 Develop, manage, and publish communications including email announcements, SharePoint sites, videos, presentations, meetings/webinars, social posts and more, ensuring content has the right message and is delivered in the right format to resonate with the target audience
 Build and iterate on a digital transformation communications strategy and plan, forecasting communications needs and streamlining requests to deliver high-quality communications as efficiently as possible.
 Align on messaging, communication vehicles, and timing with partners across the Marketing & Communications organization.
 Connect with technical experts, senior leaders, and marketing partners to advance communications.
 Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve upon the strategy, deliverables, and partnership to achieve business results.
What youÂre good at:
 Distilling complex information into succinct, easy to understand content
 Partnering with stakeholders to identify and deliver the right message, the right format, and the right timing to connect with target audiences, always keeping the company priorities and business objectives in mind
 Writing, editing and publishing content to deliver quality communications across a variety of formats including intranet, email and events
 Building and maintaining a highly-matrixed intranet presence, using push/pull techniques to drive regular traffic
 Coordinating cross-functional efforts and marketing asset production - building alignment, and managing feedback across stakeholders and design partners
 Working independently and proactively to craft communications strategy, manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
 Partnering with designers, regions, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximum efficiency and reach
 Connecting campaigns, messaging, and materials to the Âbig picture of the organization
 Identifying metrics of success aligned to business outcomes and monitoring communications for continuous improvement
The experience weÂre looking to add to our team:
 8 to 10 years of experience in employee communications and change management, technical emphasis preferred
 Knowledge of AP Style, strong writing and editing skills
 Strong project management skills
 Familiarity with virtual meeting and email platforms
 Experience producing newsletters, intranet sites, email campaigns, videos and events
 Experience managing multiple stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcome
