Legal Operations Payment Program Manager

We are seeking a Legal Operations Payment Program Manager... to support the our clients legal team globally. This role will service a variety of stakeholders throughout the region and support/partner with the attorney teams and external vendors as part of the Legal Operations Purchasing and Technology team. This role is either in person in Los Angeles or 100% Remote in PST.
What YouÂll Do
 Own the Purchase Order (PO) process for the entire department globally
 Own the supplier onboarding process for the entire department.
 Provide self service guides and training for the department around the areas this role owns
 Become SME with the workflows they manage
 Own the payment of timely legal settlements
 Co-own the general sponsorship and charitable contributions donation process
 Manage incidents and case work-streams for invoices and system inquiries
 Process improvements and automation of manual processes
 Partner with internal and external stakeholder on special purchasing project requests
 Create training materials, self service guides, and input into change management and enablement activities
 Work across various subject areas and issues, and cross functionally with finance, AP operations, legalops and other teams as needed.
Must Haves:
 At least 6 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment in an operations, business or financial role
 Experience with the end to end purchasing process regarding purchase orders and sourcing agreements
 Proficient in the use of process and systems improvement methodologies and related approaches
 Proficient in creating and providing training and other materials related to operational processes
 Experience driving efficiencies and automating operational processes
 A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity
 Experience of a multinational company in a systems and technology focused role, within procurement, finance, or legal operations.
 Assisted cross-functional teams in development projects and general technical aptitude
 Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong and deep working relationships with internal stakeholders over multiple geographical locations
 Ability to understand complex issues.
 A practical, proactive, collaborative and business-focused approach to problem solving with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
