The Program Manager III will be in support of the National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH), a center of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, MD. The Program Manager III will oversee the Joint Disaster Medicine and Public Health Ecosystem, which consists of over 20 academic and industry partners and a multitude of disparate projects in support of the overarching Ecosystem. NCDMPH was established under the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 21 (HSPD 21) in October 2007 to be  an academic center of excellence in disaster medicine and public health . The mission of the National Center is to improve the NationÂs disaster health readiness through education and science. NCDMPH is a unique organization with five Federal agency founding partners: Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
