After your training period has concluded you can work on the weekends. A wired connection to the router/modem is REQUIRED • Dual monitors recommended • USB Wired Headset (Wireless are NOT compatible) • External speakers or sound on your computer • External Wired Mouse • Webcam Telephone Requirement: • Phone Verification Requirement: While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications. • Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Users outside our corporate network, including Microsoft Teams, are obligated to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which involves phone verification. • Preferred Cell Phone: Although a cell phone is preferred, a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements.
