Day to Day
As a Senior Strategist of Salesforce CRM Analytics, you’ll leverage the CRM Analytics Platform within Salesforce to develop, test, and deploy innovative analytics solutions for Sales and Customer Success teams. This involves connecting to data from various sources, including Salesforce objects and external data sources. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient dataflow and recipe data transformation processes.
You’ll collaborate with partner teams, holding regular meetings to refine requirements and review dashboard designs, ensuring our analytics solutions align with their needs. You’ll embrace a diverse range of perspectives to help develop more comprehensive and impactful solutions that cater to a wider audience.
Responsibilities
• Identify, design, and implement new analytics solutions inside Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to align on data standards and best practices
• Advocate and strategize ways for Sales and Customer Success to move faster and more efficiently
• Maintain and grow one of the largest implementations of Salesforce CRM Analytics in the world
• Meet with partner teams regularly to refine requirements and review dashboard designs
• Support our end users by answering their questions and investigating possible issues
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to answer data questions that arise
• Meet internally with other CRM Analytics strategists to collaborate and share knowledge
Skills/Competencies
• 1+ years working in Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Engineering and/or Consulting
• 1+ years experience with Salesforce and CRM Analytics OR equivalent experience in an analytics visualization tool such as Tableau
• 1+ years working with querying languages such as SQL and/or SAQL
• Curiosity and passion for problem solving and leveraging data to develop insights.
• Experience building and delivering proof of concepts
• Effective communication with the aptitude to explain technical concepts in a simple way to non-technical audiences

Salary Range Transparency
US Remote $90,000 - $130,000 USD per year
Austin Metro Area $90,000 - $130,000 USD per year
New York City Metro Area $102,000 - $148,000 USD per year
San Francicsco Metro Area $118,000 - $170,000 USD per year
Seattle Metro Area $98,000 - $142,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
