Project Manager, Meetings & Incentives - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities
 Oversee the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish.
 Manage project timelines and ensure all details are accounted for.
 Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
 Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events.
 Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event.
 Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets.
 Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants.
 Facilitate the creation of program-related communication materials.
 Serve as the lead representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff.
 Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
 Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of all invoices.

Qualifications
 A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning corporate meetings and incentives.
 Experience in dedicated client management, sourcing, and negotiating contract services.
 Prior operations experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
 A Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification is strongly preferred.
 Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
This fully remote position requires approximately 40% travel.
