We are seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering product/service information and efficiently resolving any concerns they may have. Our diverse clientele spans industries including roadside assistance, telecommunications, entertainment, home improvement, retail, electricity, hospitality, travel, and tourism. Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism. • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries. • Coordinate service dispatch when necessary. • Keep customers informed on the status of their inquiries. • Proactively engage in upselling opportunities. • Maintain thorough and organized records of all interactions. Requirements • *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** • Demonstrated ability to remain resilient and empathetic in challenging situations. • Self-discipline to manage own schedule effectively. • Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously. • Strong customer focus with adaptability to diverse personalities. • Exceptional multitasking and time management skills. Qualifications • Authorized to work in the United States. • US resident (excluding specific states). • Minimum 18 years old. • High school diploma or equivalent. Laptop/Desktop • *Workstation Requirements:** • Processor: Intel i-class (i5+ or higher). • Storage: 60 GB usable memory or higher. • RAM: 4 GB or higher. • Operating System: Windows 10. Phone Service Requirement Options • Landline or VoIP Phone Line. • Call Center Dialpad with Headset provided. Internet Requirements • Download Speed: 10 mbps or higher. • Upload Speed: 3 mbps or higher. • Wired connection from Desktop/Laptop to Router/Modem required. Additional Information • This is not a telemarketing position. • All communications routed directly to workstation.
