The Identity and Access Management (IAM) AnalystÂs primary responsibility is to support access management operational activities for the hospital system. This includes user onboarding, transfer, offboarding, certifications and other established operational processes. The analyst will closely collaborate with business areas on defining and maintaining access management processes... including event driven and periodic access reviews, and work to ensure execution of those operational processes. The Identity and Access team member will collaborate with Technical Leads and Application support teams to manage the development, deployment, and operations of the company identity solutions, and will work closely with the peer teams across the enterprise to implement strategic decisions
Qualifications
Required:
 BachelorÂs degree in information technology, or equivalent work experience
 5+ years of relevant IAM experience in an analyst, governance, or support role
 Strong communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to tailor communications for the intended audience
 Familiar with IAM policies, standards, and compliance
 Experience supporting security operations
 Understanding role mining, role-based access control and user access certifications
 Must be able to work within a team context as well as independently
 Strong problem solver with ability to describe solution and progress
 Hands on work experience in Microsoft Active Directory, AWS IAM, Privileged Identity Management solutions and support
 Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
 A willingness and ability to develop expertise in new technologies as needed
 Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
 SailPoint and Service Now knowledge preferred
Essential Functions
 Identify and help design process enhancements for Identity Access Management (IAM)
 Work with internal teams to review and improve, Access Management, privileged identity strategies, and implementation plans across the organization
 Provides direction and technical expertise in access provisioning and identity governance
 Works to improve the health and optimization of the IAM platform
 Works with onboarding client Applications
 Ensuring correct authentication and authorization for end-users and services
 Generating performance metrics and analyzing the data for ways to improve SLAs
 This position will lead projects to provide expert identity solutions that have an impact on people and processes
