Key Responsibilities
 Manage high volume of incoming calls and emails
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
 Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
 Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
 Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
 Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
 Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
 Contribute to team efforts to meet and exceed customer service targets
 Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
 Assist with customer inquiries via social media platforms
 Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
 Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
 Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
 Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
 Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
 Team player with a high level of dedication and flexibility
 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
 Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
