Virtual Assistant 15-20 Hours per Week (IC-KC)

Key Responsibilities...
 Ability to wear different hats
 Run biweekly report and work with bookkeeper to gather reports needed
 Manage inbox
 Update LinkedIn and Trip Advisor with guidance from client
 Make phone calls and reconcile with insurance companies
 Manage various projects in Notion
 Manage social media
 Repurpose content into reels, videos, etc.
 Keep up with social media trends and what other top restaurants are doing
 Ability to look ahead and plan out content with holidays / events
 Ability to coordinate with a local nonprofit
 Ability to meet deadlines
 Ability to keep a pulse on editorials, trends, etc. and let client know about a relevant article / topic
 Ability to manage multiple projects
 Perform various administration tasks as needed

Requirements
 Experience with social media (a must)
 Experience in administrative / executive assistant (a plus)
 Hospitality background (a plus)
 Foodie (a plus)
 Professional
 Tech savvy
 Intuitively organized
 Self-starter
 Detail oriented
 15-20 hours per week
 Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
 Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-3pm) in Easter or Central Time Zone.
