Job Description: Travel For Teens is on the lookout for talented individuals to lead tours abroad in the summer and join the Sales and Marketing Team the rest of the year. We are looking for candidates who are seasoned travelers with a great attitude and who have sales skills. This is an entry level position primarily providing support to territory managers and includes extensive travel to meet with clients. There is very good upward mobility potential. You must love travel and be a high energy individual who is flexible with job duties. The ideal candidate has experience working with teenagers and parents, has at least one year of sales experience, is well traveled, and able to travel for the entire summer. University degree preferred. Responsibilities:  Responsible for compiling leads, handling client outreach, building client relationships, and handling related sales tasks  Calling and emailing potential parents to discuss programs and providing parents with advice on which... programs are right for their children  Offering prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients  Responding to client questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism  Securing new client sales and retention through exceptional customer service Qualifications:  1-3 years of sales experience  Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally  Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language  Ability to maintain a positive attitude  Salesforce experience a plus  Marketing experience a plus  Intimate knowledge of locations and cultures where we travel  Experience with and passion for working with teens  Ability to work well in a team environment  Travel experience in the locations where we travel  Photography skills are a bonus
