Responsibilities:  Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.  Assist customers in navigating through our products and services.  Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.  Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.  Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes.  Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.  Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals. Requirements:  Previous customer service experience is preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.  Empathetic and patient with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.  Proficient in using customer support software and tools.  Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.  Flexible work schedule to accommodate customer needs.
