- Be the best, most positive and professional representation of Aloha Desert Pools!
- Answer the phones, providing great customer experience.
- Effectively utilize computer skills to handle administrative tasks, including using company CRM, phone, MS Office and other computer applications.
- Route technicians to jobs and coordinate appointments with customers.
- Quoting, billing and invoicing jobs. Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems such as MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge in billing area is a plus
