What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Handle incoming calls related to employee benefits, actively listening and providing information
 Navigate multiple systems to assist customers with their benefits inquiries
 Perform back-office duties, such as processing claims and filing paperwork
 Create positive customer experiences through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 Maintain punctuality and dependability to ensure client satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Previous customer service and/or call center experience
 Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding skills
 High school diploma or GED
 Willingness to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
 Successful completion of mandatory training programs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
