Job Summary:
The Leadership Development Senior Consultant II is responsible for delivering a broad scope of leadership development initiatives to internal customers by applying storytelling skills, simple communication, memorable branding, event design and a thorough knowledge of the business to maximize adoption and deliver an unmatched experience. They are able to work seamlessly across the entire team, collaborating with and influencing product owners to live into a product mindset. In addition to adoption and delivery of key leadership events and conferences, this individual will have an opportunity to support other products across the Leadership Development and Talent Planning ecosystem to enable performance, expand internal mobility, and strengthen our leadership pipeline.

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.
Key Responsibilities:  Consult with a variety of internal stakeholders on leadership development needs  Design highly impactful leadership events and conferences, virtually and in person  Facilitate executive-level leadership development sessions  Develop go-to-market strategies including branding, change management, and communications plans that generates business demand  Collaborate with other HR colleagues (HR Communications, Talent Acquisition, Inclusive Diversity, etc.) to connect the dots between team initiatives and larger HR and company strategies  Measure and communicate the impact of leadership events and other products through a variety
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
 5+ years of experience designing world-class leadership events and HR product adoption strategies of tools (Preferred)
 In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
 No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

 Microsoft Office Suite  Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project with advanced proficiency

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00-$125,625.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
