This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program. Position Summary: The Business Manager ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures while using analytical skills to be a resource to the Operations and Sales teams. The Business Manager provides administrative, financial support services and analysis for the Operations and Sales teams. This position accurately and in a timely manner, supports internal administration and adherence to proper accounting and reporting procedures. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:  Supervise administrative staff at the local Distribution Center  Monitor internal control environment compliance and identify gaps for local management team including Finance Manager  Assist in remediation  Oversee payroll process and coordinate all general administrative activities for Operations and Sales teams  Monitor and collaborate with management team in the analysis of monthly financial reports and control operating expenses with potential savings opportunities  Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) efforts, i.e., Sales charge backs, AR write offs, Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) check  Support the mail check process for customer refunds  Partner with Route Settlement to ensure correct processing of Driver over/short activities  Monitor presettlement and cashiering activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy  Process Accounts Payable invoices for the company using designated method  Assist in annual operating budget for the Operations and Sales teams  Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience:  BachelorÂs degree with 2 plus years of Finance/Accounting experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 plus years of Finance/Accounting experience and 1 to 2 plus years of people leadership experience  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong organizational skills  Detail oriented mindset  Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.  Travel up to 25%.  Proficient in Microsoft Office  This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
 MasterÂs degree
 CPA
 SAP experience
