Â Job Postings and Sourcing: Â Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms. Â Source potential candidates from niche job boards, social media, and other channels. Â Candidate Screening: Â Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills. Â Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Â Interview Coordination: Â Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Â Provide timely feedback to candidates. Â Relationship Building: Â Develop strong relationships with hiring managers. Â Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans.
