What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Independently handle employee relations situations
 Manage HRIS onboarding process and profile creation
 Support employee engagement programs and policy development
 Research and provide solutions for HR department efficiency
 Serve as a mentor and resource for HR colleagues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 BachelorÂs degree in HR and a minimum of three years of HR Generalist experience
 Strong experience with employee relations and performance management
 Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
 HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
 Reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, NC, NV, PA, TN, TX
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM)
 Experience with UKG (UltiPro) HRIS
 Remote work experience
 HR experience in a BPO environment or supporting a call center
