Are you a healthcare recruiting rockstar? OnCall Solutions, a leading national healthcare staffing and recruiting company is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in healthcare recruitment or demonstrate a track record of success in recruiting and sales.
As a Recruitment Specialist with OnCall Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals for our clients, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with our Chief Medical Officers.
In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Medical Officers and internal teams to effectively identify, evaluate, and engage physicians and clinicians to work moonlighting, locum and permanent positions. Responsibilities
What YouÂll Do:
 Responsible for recruiting and staffing new and established books of business.
 Grow a national pipeline of healthcare physicians & clinicians to provide healthcare coverage at OnCall SolutionÂs contracted healthcare facilities.
 Work closely with OnCall Solutions' internal teams to identify and recruit clinicians for our clients.
 Source, recruit, qualify, and assist in placing healthcare clinicians with clients by using a variety of methods including responding to inquiries generated from marketing, utilizing internal databases, attending conferences, professional networking, cold calling, e-mailing, sourcing, and more.
 Be an integral part of OnCall SolutionÂs ÂClinician Experience. The goal is making the clinician journey a rewarding experience for all of our clinicians unmatched in the medical staffing industry.
 Work closely with our Chief Medical Officers in arranging interviews of prospective healthcare professionals.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with OnCall SolutionÂs contracted clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
 Responsible for first check in calls and continuous assignment management of clinicians.
 Daily utilization of Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
 Have a good understanding of sales negotiation, top line and bottom-line revenue.
 Strong work ethic, executive presence and communication skills.
 Work in a team-based environment to achieve company, team, and individual goals.
 Meet established KPIÂs including number of call/cold outreach, emails, text message, interviews, presentations, and confirmations of healthcare clinicians.
 Meet or exceed your sales targets and KPIÂs
 Responsible for growing assigned booked of business quarter over quarter.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred, and/or 1-2 years of experience.

 Proven sales experience and equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
