Responsibilities: What’s a typical day as an Inside Sales Coordinator? You’ll be: • Receiving incoming calls from residential customers inquiring about waste management services. • Assisting customers in placing orders for waste collection, including scheduling pickups, arranging special services, and updating account information. • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions.

• Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

• Utilizing company systems and databases to enter and maintain customer information accurately.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as dispatch and billing, to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers.

• Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.

• Following company policies and procedures regarding order processing, data privacy, and customer interactions.

• Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance job skills and knowledge.

• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Note: This is a temporary, 90-day position.

Qualifications:

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Have previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles preferred.

• Have strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.

• Have excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Are able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Are proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

• Are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.

• Are able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Have flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner
