Responsibilities: WhatÂs a typical day as an Inside Sales Coordinator? YouÂll be:  Receiving incoming calls from residential customers inquiring about waste management services.  Assisting customers in placing orders for waste collection, including scheduling pickups, arranging special services, and updating account information.  Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
 Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
 Utilizing company systems and databases to enter and maintain customer information accurately.
 Collaborating with other departments, such as dispatch and billing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
 Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers.
 Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
 Following company policies and procedures regarding order processing, data privacy, and customer interactions.
 Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
 Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
 Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Note: This is a temporary, 90-day position.
Qualifications:
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
 Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
 Have previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles preferred.
 Have strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
 Have excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
 Are able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Are proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
 Are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
 Are able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
 Have flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
 Have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner
