What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls
• Thoroughly examine loan applications through multiple software systems
• Evaluate applicant eligibility for loans
• Create and renew records
• Identify customer needs and explore available options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
• Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
