    Job Description:Costco is seeking a driven and dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills... with a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
