Role Overview
The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Cambridge Spark's upskilling solutions across a specific list of key strategic targets.
You will build a consistently excellent pipeline of relevant deal opportunities with both new and existing targets and be responsible for meeting and exceeding pre-defined revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
You will work closely with CSparkÂs Strategic Sales Director to shape the bigger picture Go-To-Market strategy for the companyÂs suite of commercially and levy funded upskilling solutions.
Longer term, you will evolve into a leader and key figure within the strategic sales organisation - supporting the function to attract, recruit and retain high-performing sales people to drive revenue and growth.
Key responsibilities:  Build and grow a consistent and sustainable pipeline of relevant new deal opportunities using relevant channels and tactics  Use the MEDDIC sales methodology and CRM data to meet and exceed predetermined quarterly and annual revenue targets  Work with the wider CSpark Go-To-Market (GTM) team to support growth through partnerships, referral programmes and inbound marketing initiatives  Conduct detailed market research and analysis to determine suitable opportunities to align CSparkÂs upskilling solutions with the right prospects in the right sectors  Support CSparkÂs Strategic Sales Director and GTM team on relevant marketing and communications strategies for brand awareness and recognition amongst key target audiences  Establish a network of strong working relationships with key EBs and Champions specialising in data, digital transformation, learning and technology  Collaborate with the CSpark curriculum and product teams to support the design of bespoke and contextualised upskilling programmes for different client needs  Work closely with the delivery and customer success teams to ensure the successful rollout and smooth running of all CSpark upskilling programmes to maximise growth potential going forwards  Support the Strategic Sales Director and GTM team to develop fresh, relevant collateral, deck templates and useful documentation to support revenue growth  Track and analyse your individual commercial performance using CSparkÂs CRM tool HubSpot  Attend relevant networking events/podcasts/roundtable discussions to improve and grow CSpark brand awareness, build new relationships and drive leads into the pipeline
Candidate Specification:
Essential
