What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
• Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• 1 year of Customer Service and Call Center experience

• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment
