What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Answer customer phone calls to assist with order taking, troubleshooting, and customer questions
• Become increasingly familiar with products offered by the employer
• Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
• Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction to meet the needs of the business
• Assist customers with shopping on the website or within the catalog, place orders, and suggest products
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be a Vermont Resident
• Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
• Ability to learn new computer programs
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment
